Does something look a tad bit tiny?

I laughed so hard when Carlee decided to wear this bib for breakfast. It looked so tiny on her! This was on 3/31.

My Biggest Accomplishment

My daughter is polite.
:)

yesterday at the hospital the nurse held the door open for us, and Carlee turned around and said, "Thankyou." The nurse gushed on about how polite she was, and I was so proud. :)

Let's just hope she stays that way through the many years to come, lol.

I'm a Princess!

This morning, Carlee got into her dress up box. She came downstairs and said, "Mommy, Look! I'm a Princess again! ... Take my picture."

A first on Easter

Tonight, Carlee told her first sequencial story. It went like this:

"Yeah, I grabbed the bunny (grabbing motion) and I open it! (opening motion) And I *air chomp noise here* !!! Member?!?"

LOL

She was talking about how we caught her under the dining room table this morning with her chocolate bunny.

Happy Easter!

Well, we hosted an Easter potluck this year, so we were busy running things, and we didn't get to take too many pictures. But Carlee had a blast this year! She had 4 friends over, we ate, had an egg hunt, and painted more salt dough Easter eggs, and of course all she's had to eat today was candy and cupcakes until she finally ate dinner. lol

Eggstravaganza!

Today, the main base had their Eggstravaganza event to celebrate Easter. We really wanted to take Carlee, since this year Mineo might not have an Easter event. Carlee and I had to wait for Daddy to get home from duty before we could leave. By the time we got to leave, it was 11:00 but the event was from 10 to 1. We were hoping that the egg hunt wouldn't be until later, but unfortunately by the time we got there, it was over. Thank goodness I had brought a few eggs with candy, and then a friend let us have some of his kids' eggs. So, we hid them for Carlee to find. She had a lot of fun. Enjoy the pics!

Carlee waiting for Daddy to get home... she says she was being a princess, but I thought she looked more like a ballerina. :)

"Look! There's the bunny!" (he had been on break)

Getting Ready for Easter

Today I co-hosted an Arts & Crafts event for MOMS Club at a friend's house. I made these vegan friendly Easter eggs out of salt dough. The kids loved it, and Carlee had a blast. They also got to meet my friend's bunny Fuzzy. They loved him. :) Enjoy the pics!
