Carlee: at Grandma's house.
Mommy: Oh, and where was Delilah before she was a baby?
Carlee: in your belly.
Mommy: Where was she before she was in my belly?
....
Carlee: In Daddy's socks.

I love her expression. Thankfully she didn't drop Delilah when she felt like laughing. =)

Roller Blades!!!

Carlee received these really cool roller blades this past Christmas from her GranTip. (Thanks!) Who knew they made actual roller blades this small?! Carlee loves them, especially since she sees older kids skating all the time. We finally had a nice day today, and the first thing she wanted to do was practice her roller blading. She has awesome balance when the wheels can't roll in the grass, but definitely still needs help on the pavement.

Maybe I won't ask her to feed the baby...

Can't hide her emotions....

I had just been trying to get a good picture of the girls while Carlee was watching Bolt for the 2nd time ever... (meaning to a preschooler, it's still brand new!) At this point, Carlee was tired of me taking pictures, and Delilah fussing in her ear. LOL Can't you tell?! She decided to ignore us and focused on the tv. I got the hint.

First Big Owie

Carlee "busted her face" (in her words) when she fell down the stairs the other night. (She didn't fall far, thank goodness.) She was pretty proud of her big boo boo though, and wanted her "sad" picture taken.

Ignore the icing on her face {from icing cookies at the Santa event}... hehe she had a blast. Right before we left, she snuck a whole spoonful of icing into her mouth, that took the entire day to wear off!

such a good big sister!

This big sister stuff is really easy to Carlee. She's such a great big sister! First thing in the morning, while I was getting something to change the baby's diaper, Carlee started reading to her. Soo cute, I had to grab the camera. =)

Santa's Helpers Event

Today, Carlee went to a Santa's Helpers event on base. It was put on by the thrift store. She got to go shopping for Christmas presents for the family, with a helper that Santa provided. =) Then she got to take pictures with Santa. She was so excited!

*Yesterday, after Tony had been home from work for a couple of hours, and Carlee had pretty much been ignoring him*

Daddy: Carlee you haven't even said a single word to me all day.

Carlee: (Looking at Daddy) Vitamin! (runs away)

Halloween Trick or Treating!

Everyone absolutely LOVED Carlee's costume. =D thanks Grandma!!! Carlee had a blast trick-or-treating. She only lasted 3 streets though, but even those 3 took about an hour to go down each side. After the third street, she said, "Okay, I'm ready to go home now." lol she was too cute, and very polite to all the candy givers. =)

Fire Fighter Carlee!!!!

Today we went to the Fire Station for a MOMS Club event! The kids got to sit in the fire truck, hear the siren, see a fireman in his fire suit, and got lots of goodies! The firemen were awesome, and Carlee LOVED it! She wasn't scared at all. She even told me, "Mommy, I'm not scared of the fireman anymore." How awesome is that?

PS: She matched her own outfit today! =)
